An alternative proof for the existence of Radner equilibria

► We consider the extended Arrow-Debreu economy, introduced by Radner (1968). ► Agents have different information structures in the model. ► We provide a simple proof for the existence of a Walrasian equilibrium. ► Only one of n markets is active with the same trade across n states for all agents. ► We characterize the maximal number of active markets.
