Coherent bremsstrahlung and e±-pair production in periodic nanostructures

Coherent bremsstrahlung and electron-positron pair production of high energy electrons and γ-quanta moving in a three-dimensional periodic lattice consisting of a complicated system of atoms are considered. The peculiarities of formation and possibilities of utilization of these processes are discussed.
