Arab countries suffer from gap of food due to the incapability of the agricultural productive powers in most Arab countries to meet the growing needs for food commodities. The development of Arab food gap made her a problem of food security. Because, the food gap converted from a commercial problem affect the Arab balance of payments to an economic problem affect the economic development and, to a political problem, Where insuring the required quantities of food commodities imported has become an exhibition now to many of the potential political pressures. This necessitates, adopting an integral Arab agricultural policies, to meet the growing food gap and achieve the Arab food security.
