Evaluation and management of plateau iris syndrome: Case report and review

The clinician must be aware of, and be able to distinguish, the clinical signs that are characteristic of plateau iris syndrome. An understanding of the mechanisms involved in the development of this type of primary angle closure may facilitate its appropriate diagnosis and management.
