Anatomy of the proximal cutaneous perforator vessels of the gracilis muscle

We conclude from this anatomic study, that a cutaneous flap based on the medial circumflex femoral gracilis perforators can be harvested by experienced hands bearing in mind the unpredictable perforator-anatomy.
