Pancreaticojejunal Anastomosis Is Preferable to Pancreaticogastrostomy after Pancreaticoduodenectomy for Longterm Outcomes of Pancreatic Exocrine Function

After pancreaticoduodenectomy, 42% of patients presented with severe steatorrhea. PJA allows better pancreatic exocrine function preservation than PGA and should be recommended.
