At diagnosis parameters of renal function and RR were normal. It has been shown that the applied chemotherapy scheme and follow-up time longer than 5 years significantly influenced the decrease in GFR, presence of renal scars, and decrease in renal volume and length. It seems necessary to offer periodic nephrological follow-up to patients with completed ALL treatment.
