Propranolol produced good response of hemangiomas intractable to corticosteroids and/or inthe treatment with interferon. The propranolol allows to successfully healing infants with hemangiomas and lymphangiomtosis. The clinical trials related to treatment with propranolol of angiomas associated with von Hippel-Lindau syndrome and Sturge-Weber syndrome should be undertaken.
