Toxocariasis in children may be mimic by many nonspecific clinical signs and symptoms. It should be suspected in such symptoms as: abdominal pain, headache, skin allergy, chronic caught, chronic fatigue and also increased levels of the IgE and eosinophilia were observed. Medical history of patients, economical status of family and animal contacts are also very important in the diagnostic process. Indications for treatment should be individualized. Children with Toxocara infection should be observed by ten years.
