Strategic management practice in Latin America

This paper examines the influence of American and European strategic management theory and practice in Latin America. Specifically, the paper discusses how current strategic management research and business practice follows Derek Abell's future research and practice trends. The paper then discusses the papers presented in this issue as examples of the state of the art of strategic management in Latin America.
