Arbre décisionnel interactif pour aider le médecin du travail dans son action de maintien dans l'emploi

Every year in France, more than one million employees are notified of medical opinions with fitness restrictions or workplace facilities requests, and tens of thousands of them are declared unfit and dismissed for lack of reclassification. These data raise awareness of the need to reinforce the effectiveness of actions to maintain employment in order to prevent the risk of exclusion from work, as a consequence of job unfitness. The occupational physician has a large amount of tools to help him in his action to prevent the professional de-integration of employees having aptitude medical restrictions, incapacity, disability, as well as to maintain employment. In order to promote their knowledge and optimize their implementation, we made an inventory of these tools used in Morbihan, so as to organize them in the form of an interactive computerized decision tree.
