Extraction of lipase from Aspergillus niger by insoluble complex formation with anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes

► Polyelectrolytes were used to design a method of isolation and purification of lipase. ► Lipase from Aspergillus niger produced insoluble complex with PAA, PVS and CHI. ► PAA presents the best precipitation conditions in media with high protein concentration. ► On culture medium from Aspergillus niger, CHI yielded successful results.
