Targeting and design of energy allocation networks with carbon capture and storage

► Targeting of energy allocation with carbon capture and storage (CCS) is formulated. ► Limiting composite is found from composite table algorithm with only non-CCS sources. ► Multiple CCS sources are targeted by profile matching with limiting composite curve. ► Targeting and network design by nearest neighbors algorithm do not require cost data. ► Cost criterion is established to determine cost-factor ranges for optimality.
