Visual perception and visual-motor integration in very preterm and/or very low birth weight children: A meta-analysis

► This study reports meta-analytic findings in very preterm born children. ► Medium to large-sized visual perceptive deficits were found. ► Medium-sized visual-motor integration deficits were observed. ► Visual-motor integration deficits were related to gender, gestational age and IQ. ► An affected dorsal visual stream may account for the deficits observed.
