Interactive object modelling based on piecewise planar surface patches

► We introduce a MDL approach to incrementally fit multiple planar surface patches. ► Incremental model selection based on MDL avoids a bias to dominant structures. ► A merge and split scheme is introduces to segment objects that move consistently.
