Synthesis of temperature-responsive anion exchanger via click reaction

► PNIPAM was immobilized on the mesoporous silica via click reaction. ► Amount of immobilized PNIIPAM could be controlled by amount of added PNIPAM. ► Adsorbed amount of methyl orange depended on the temperature of aqueous solution. ► Anion-exchange rate decreased slightly with amount of immobilized PNIPAM.
