Flue gas desulphurization based on limestone-gypsum with a novel wet-type PCF device

▶ A novel type PCF device was developed for industrial application of wet FGD. ▶ Experimental studies of the desulphurization process based on limestone-gypsum were carried out on a lab-scale PCF device under different operating parameters. ▶ The desulphurization process was analyzed using the two-film theory of gas-liquid mass-transfer.
