Clogging mechanisms involved in the aging process of cleanable filter media

▶ We performed filter media aging tests on a new developed aging chamber. ▶ We find an extreme pressure drop increase after a certain aging time. ▶ The reason for this increase was found in the steady increasing under pressure on the clean gas side. ▶ The time of the extreme pressure drop increase is proposed as a characteristic value for the clogging behavior.
