Chondrogenic differentiation of adipose tissue-derived stem cells within nanocaged POSS-PCU scaffolds: A new tool for nanomedicine

Nanocaged POSS-PCU with controlled porous size and porosity showed excellent bioactivity when seeded with human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs). Chondrogenic differentiation of ADSCs homed inside POSS-PCU was achieved, and the resulting ADSC-POSS-PCU bionanoscaffold was encased with vasculature.
