A novel hyperbranched poly (amine-ester) derivative (HPAE-co-PLA-DPPE) was synthesized by conjugating DPPE onto HPAE-co-PLA. DOX molecules were efficiently loaded into the HPAE-co-PLA-DPPE nanoparticles and rapidly released under acidic conditions with higher anti-tumor ability both in vitro and in vivo. These data show that pH-responsive HPAE-co-PLA-DPPE conjugate nanoparticles efficiently deliver anticancer drugs.187
