چکیده انگلیسی
We chose osteoblast and macrophage which playing key roles in osteogenesis process to judge ceramic NPs'(as wear debris) possible osteo-behavior through their impact on cellular viability and function. Silicon nitride and zirconia NPs could remarkably promoted ALP activity of osteoblast-like MG63 cells and stimulate the secretion of TNF-α in RAW264.7 cells, yet alumina NPs promoted ALP activity of MG63 cells but had no irritation to RAW264.7 cells. Our results proved the discrepancy of NPs' effect on cells (such as viability and function) and the study is important for the establishment of a rational paradigm for safety evaluation of NPs as a nanotechnological strategy before their application in biomaterials and tissue engineering.252
