Activities of daily living scale in hoarding disorder

► We examined the psychometric properties of a measure of activities of daily living that are impaired in hoarding disorder. ► Test-retest, interrater, and internal reliabilities for the ADL-H were good. ► Convergent and discriminant validity was established with existing hoarding and non-hoarding measures and across different patient groups.
