Perceived and actual information processing deficits in nonclinical hoarding

► Compared nonclinical hoarders (NH) to healthy controls. ► NH reported more indecisiveness and concern about memory and cognitive processes. ► NH reported more ADHD symptoms and impulsiveness. ► No differences on tests of memory, sustained attention, and impulsiveness. ► Perceived cognitive deficits may be risk factors in development of hoarding.
