▶ The profile of verbal and non-verbal communication difficulties was quite different between groups. AD patients were definitely impaired in verbal communication, especially by lexical-semantic difficulties. FTD patients were impaired by lexical-semantic, syntactic and more especially by pragmatic problems. DLB patients showed modest disorders.
