Team-moving effect in bi-direction pedestrian flow

► We propose a model to simulate team-moving behavior in pedestrian counter flow. ► Team-moving effects highly depend on the type of teaming manner. ► Traverse teaming manner will weaken the capacity of the corridor. ► Effect of team-moving is nonlinear, “the marginal utility of team-moving” is found.
