1H NMR study of water/methanol solutions as a function of temperature and concentration

► We study properties of water/methanol solutions versus temperature and concentration. ► By means of high resolution NMR we measure both dynamical and structural quantities. ► The physical properties of the solution depend on the different kinds of interactions. ► The interactions are both hydrophobic and hydrophilic. ► The interaction strengths depend on the solution concentration and on the temperature.
