► We analyze traffic flows on the crossing road with information at the intersection. ► Following the information, drivers go to the road with a shorter time trip. ► Dynamics of the traffic is expressed as a return map in the density-flow space. ► The return map is analyzed on the basis of the car configuration on the roads.
