Seismic denoising using curvelet analysis

► We use the Curvelet Transform to construct a filter for coherent noise in 2D. ► Our approach allows for data separation in angular, scale and position domains. ► This method is effective at finding noise sparsely distributed in angular domains. ► This curvelet filter is more efficient than the ones based on Wavelet Transform.
