Psychophysics of the probability weighting function

► We show the connection between temporal discounting and probabilistic choice based on psychophysics. ► We derived a generalized probability weighting function based on psychophysical laws. ► We show that Prelec's probability weighting function and Rachlin's probability discounting function are special cases of the general probability weighting function.
