Robust tori-like Lagrangian coherent structures

► We consider the Double-Gyre Flow model. ► We uncovered its internal structure and found a new Lagrangian coherent structure. ► This is formed by the well-known robust tori. ► The transport is blocked and the motion is bounded by these robust tori.
