Combined archaeomagnetic and thermoluminescence study of a brick kiln excavated at Fontanetto Po (Vercelli, Northern Italy)

► New inclination and archaeointensity results from an Italian kiln are presented. ► Archaeomagnetic dating based on regional models was performed. ► Detailed thermoluminescence study was also carried out on selected samples. ► Combination of archaeomagnetic and thermoluminescence dating is a promising tool.
