Fast HPLC-DAD quantification of nine polyphenols in honey by using second-order calibration method based on trilinear decomposition algorithm

► We use a second-order calibration method to quantify polyphenols in honeys. ► Baseline drift was overcome in this work. ► The contents of analytes have been used to discriminate different honeys. ► This method shows good linearity (r > 0.99) and rapid separation (t < 7.60 min).
