Inhibitory effects of molasses on mutation and nitric oxide production

► The four molasses products inhibited the mutation in TA98 and TA100. ► The four molasses products show reducing activity and decreasing lipid damage. ► CAM showed the best inhibition of NO production in LPS stimulated macrophages.
