Determination of pesticide residues in milk using a QuEChERS-based method developed by response surface methodology

► A QuEChERS based method was optimised by RSM for pesticide residues in milk. ► Ten different pesticides were successfully determined with >80% recovery. ► Low recoveries for 4 pesticides were due to removal by C18 during clean-up.
