Antiproliferative activity of peptides prepared from enzymatic hydrolysates of tuna dark muscle on human breast cancer cell line MCF-7

► Peptides with MW between 390 and 1400 Da showed great antiproliferative activities. ► A peptide, LPHVLTPEAGAT (1206 Da), showed MCF-7 inhibition with IC50 value of 8.1 μM. ► A peptide, PTAEGGVYMVT (1124 Da), showed MCF-7 inhibition with IC50 value of 8.8 μM.
