Deep blue phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes with excellent external quantum efficiency

- Deep blue PHOLEDs with over 20% of external quantum efficiency is achieved.
- We examined optimized device structure of PHOLEDs and doping concentration.
- The color coordinates(x, y) of new heteroleptic Ir(III) complex is (0.13, 0.18).
