Green chemical multi-component one-pot synthesis of fluorinated 2,3-disubstituted quinazolin-4(3H)-ones under solvent-free conditions and their anti-fungal activity. Synthesis of quinazolones (IV) by cyclocondensation of anthranilic acid, phenyl acetyl chloride and amines in one-pot under microwave irradiation takes place in a few minutes.
