Synthesis, hydrosilylation reactivity and catalytic properties of group 4 ansa-metallocene complexes

The synthesis and characterization of ansa-metallocene complexes with a Si-H bond are described. The modification of the ansa-ligand framework in these complexes by hydrosilylation and the catalytic activity of the ansa-zirconocene derivatives in the polymerization of ethylene are reported.
