Synthesis and receptor binding studies of some new arylcarboxamide derivatives as sigma-1 ligands

New arylcarboxamide derivatives 2 were synthesized and a preliminary evaluation of their affinity towards σ1 and σ2 receptors was performed by radioligand binding assay. Some derivatives showed an interesting affinity towards σ1 receptor subtype and a good selectivity.
