Discovery and structure-activity relationships of 6-(benzoylamino)benzoxaboroles as orally active anti-inflammatory agents

In vitro SAR of benzoxaborole derivatives against the release of three cytokines, mouse pharmacokinetics, and in vivo activities in mice are reported.
