Design, synthesis and antithrombotic evaluation of novel dabigatran prodrugs containing methyl ferulate

The activity for inhibiting thrombosis of X-2 might originate from two parts: the anti-thrombin effect of dabigatran and the anti-platelet aggregation activity of methyl ferulate.
