Synthesis and biological activity of oxadiazole and triazolothiadiazole derivatives as tyrosinase inhibitors

A series of oxadiazole and triazolothiadiazole derivatives were synthesized and evaluated their mushroom tyrosinase inhibitory activities. Compound 5 exhibited highest tyrosinase inhibitory activity with IC50 value of 0.87 ± 0.16 μM.
