Synthesis and evaluation of 99mTc-2-[(3-carboxy-1-oxopropyl)amino]-2-deoxy-d-glucose as a potential tumor imaging agent

CPADG was successfully synthesized and radiolabeled with 99mTc to obtain 99mTc-CPADG in high yield. The biodistribution and SPECT studies in various tumor animals showed that 99mTc-CPADG a very promising candidate for tumor imaging.
