Synthesis and in vitro and in vivo anticancer activity of novel phenylmethylene bis-isoxazolo[4,5-b]azepines

A series of novel phenylmethylene bis-isoxazolo[4,5-b]azepine derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro and in vivo anticancer activity.
