Acyl derivatives of boswellic acids as inhibitors of NF-κB and STATs

Acyl derivatives of boswellic acids including their epimers were synthesized and screened against a panel of cancer cell lines. One of the lead compounds was found to be an inhibitor of NF-κB and STAT proteins.
