Design and synthesis of novel 7-aminoquinazoline derivatives: Antitumor and anticonvulsant activities

Compound 7 showed broad-spectrum antitumor activity, while compound 15 showed advanced anticonvulsant activity as well as lower toxicity than reference drugs.
