Synthesis and biological activity of 4-substituted benzoxazolone derivatives as a new class of sEH inhibitors with high anti-inflammatory activity in vivo

A series of 4-substituted benzoxazolone derivatives was synthesized, characterized and evaluated as sEH inhibitors and anti-inflammatory agents. Compounds 3d and 3g displayed potent sEH inhibitory activity and strong anti-inflammatory activity.
