Synthesis and pharmacological evaluation of aryl aminosulfonamide derivatives as potent 5-HT6 receptor antagonists

Design, synthesis, SAR and Pharmacokinetic profile of a novel series of Aryl aminosulfonamides as potent 5-HT6 receptor antagonists is presented. The lead compound was active in animal model of cognition.
