3-(2,5-Dihydro-1H-pyrrol-2-ylmethoxy)pyridines: synthesis and analgesic activity

We describe herein the synthesis and analgesic evaluation of a new series of 3-pyridyl ethers which are analogs of the nicotinergic compound tebanicline (ABT-594).
