► Failures and imperfections in the recent paper are reviewed. ► Experimental data are critically analyzed. ► Errors in the procedures for deduction of kinetic parameters (E and n) are shown. ► The Kissinger, Ozawa and Matusita approaches are seriously evaluated. ► Based on the data of Al-Agel et al. regular calculations of E and n are provided.
